Before the trial period ends: You will start receiving expiration reminder messages indicating the date when the trial will expire. At this point, you can convert to the full product in two ways:
After the trial period expires: The software goes into Reduced Functionality mode. You can convert into a full-use version of the product by following these steps:

After launching the full product for the first time: You will be prompted to activate it. Unlike the trial activation, during activation of the full product, you will have the option to activate the software either over the Internet or by telephone. The default option is to activate the software over the Internet. Once that is done, the trial is converted to perpetual use with no uninstall or reinstall necessary.
If you become disconnected during a background Click-to-Run download and installation, simply reconnect to the internet and your download will continue in the background.

The product you purchased for download determines the number of PCs on which that the software can be installed and activated.
Note: Some pop up blocker and firewall programs, as well as Proxy servers, may prevent communication with our server. If you utilize these types of applications, you may need to disable them.
If you have ordered physical products we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way. We will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or pre-ordered items, are actually shipped. If your items are posted separately you will be billed each time an item is shipped.
